With agReporter, healthcare professionals and patients have a user friendly,intuitive way to log product complaints, adverse events and product complaints attaching source documents and loading pictures of the product/event using the inbuilt camera on their smart phone or tablet. Submission is immediate and automatically routed to the correct department for processing. If required, automated acknowledgements can be provided. Similar to the sales reps, both types of user can also access a subset of FAQs and documents that are provided based on their user group and language settings.
